Login: You will be able to register and have your information filled in so on future visits to our website you will just have to log in. By doing this you will be able to bypass all login information and go directly to the areas you choose and then go directly to checkout to make your purchase. Information needed to login includes your e-mail address and your password.

Order Confirmations will be sent automatically by our system as soon as they are received. Several items may require follow-up from us. We will call the phone number you have listed to gather any further information needed to process the order. For example, bed size (larger new mattress) for linen orders, etc.

Secure Web Site: Our online store is secured by Verisign. Your credit card is protected by an industry wide standard encryption method. You can be assured that your personal information is safe. Read more about Verisign at www.verisign.com. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.

Privacy: We will never sell, distribute or publish mailing or e-mail addresses. We do not give out phone numbers. All information given to us is used for shipping and internal marketing purposes.

Store hours: Crème de la Crème's store is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our customer service is available to answer any questions you might have during those hours. Any questions you have on-line will be answered the next day if after those hours listed above. Most of our items are in stock in our store. Specialty items will have to be ordered and we will give you an estimated time that we will ship.

Gift Wrap: We are delighted to gift wrap items for you. There are 6 gift wrapping styles to choose from. You will have the opportunity to fill out your gift message and select the wrap of your choice during the checkout process. We also offer a gift certificate box if you would like to give that. There is no charge for this service.

E-mail to a friend icon : You will be able to forward a page up to three recipients and will be able to customize the subject line if desired.

Monogrammed Items: You will see throughout this website references to Matouk's tape or thread chart. We recommend that you call our shop to discuss those colors. We have their thread and tape charts in the store and will usually ask you to send a swatch of wallpaper or fabric that we or Matouk will match as closely as possible. Our feeling is that since you are investing time and money in the selection of personalized linen, we all should take the extra time required to make sure it is a good match. Personalized or special order items are not returnable.

Proper Monogram Etiquette:

  1. Women's First Name to the left ~ Married Name in the middle and larger ~ maiden OR Husband's First Name initial on the right.

  2. Example: Susan Barnes Thomas    or   Susan and Henry Thomas  

Delivery Time: For custom made products, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy: All our items are returnable 30 days from the ship date in the original packaging for full credit less the cost of shipping. You must notify our store prior to sending it back to us to receive an RA# (Return Authorization number). Once the item is received, we will issue a credit to your credit card if it is returned within the 30 days. After those dates, we will issue a store credit towards your next purchase. Shipping is nonrefundable and no COD returns will be accepted.

Shipping Information: We ship via UPS and Fed EX ground. Next day or 2 day air is available for an additional cost. We prefer shipping with them so we can track all merchandise shipped. Shipping via the Post Office is acceptable but requires insurance to enable us to track any boxes shipped. Please give us your street address for shipping purposes. Post Office boxes are not acceptable. Delivery time depends on the item selected. We will post estimated delivery times beside the items that require longer shipping times if possible.

Monogrammed Items: Personalized, special order items and custom color selections are not returnable.

Damaged Merchandise: If merchandise is damaged from shipment, please notify our shop and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Be sure to keep the original packaging for inspection and insurance evaluation.
